I have had the opportunity and the pleasure of hearing Dave Andersons message on several occasions and I have never been disappointed. He has an incredible way of engaging his audience, through humor and matter-of-fact analogies to help to get his point across. Not only is Daves message compelling, but the delivery of his message is so dynamic. As the President of a dealership with 250 employees, I really wanted each team member to get the same benefit I did from hearing the message straight from the source. We recently worked with Dave and his team, who were so accommodating in tailoring the presentation to speak directly to every person that works at the dealership, from the lot personnel through management.
It took two days to get our entire team through the program, but it was one of the best investments of time and training dollars we have ever made. We have heard nothing but positive feedback from our team. Dave has gone above and beyond our expectations; to help keep the momentum, he provided us with follow up materials to use with our team. We look forward to bringing Dave back in the near future.
